What does the name “HomeTec Resolutions, LLC” mean?

That’s a good question! Let’s break it down starting at the back:

LLC: obviously we are a Limited Liability Corporation and that’s were the LLC comes from.

What does Resolutions mean and why not just solutions? In problem-solving, the difference between a solution and a resolution is important to understand. The American Heritage Dictionary defines a resolution as “an explanation, as of a problem or puzzle,” while a solution can be thought of simply as the answer to a problem. At HomeTec Resolutions, LLC we want to do more than just solve your problem. While we do that too, we want to help provide you an understanding of what we are doing and “why”, so you are more prepared in the future.

HomeTec: HomeTec is a way of us taking the words Home, Technology, and Technicians and putting it together to make our own word, because why not? You could look at HomeTec as we are the Technicians coming to your home to help you or from the viewpoint of we like to use technology to help your home be more efficient, convenient, and cost effective. We think it’s pretty cool and we hope you do too!
